I provide content and marketing support to a brilliant and delightful group of tech-driven problem solvers at PwC.

PwC’s Emerging Technology Group (EmTech) faced an ambitious goal: pivot the company’s image as yesterday’s accounting firm into a leading tech-driven products and services company—helping clients harness what’s next in tech to solve their business needs for today and tomorrow.

They also needed to increase the group’s visibility internally (PwC is a global network of firms), an equally difficult task for a busy bunch of innovating and consulting technologists.

Joining a tight internal brand awareness team, I incorporated design thinking practices to develop an end-to-end content strategy supporting the group’s bold marketing and brand goals. First, bringing empathy and customer-first perspective to tech-enabled solutions in artificial intelligence, internet of things, virtual reality, blockchain, and more. Then, aligning all the messaging back to the core Essential Eight Technologies and Convergence themes.

With a shared belief in teaching others how to fish, the senior marketing manager and I developed templates, style guides, and workflows to turn the group into a content-generating machine. I coach and mentor technologists of all levels in storytelling and presentation skills, as well as lead and support cross-discipline projects—including executive communications, sales enablement, PR, events, co-branding, learning and development, and research—to ensure we deliver consistent, compelling content and experiences that resonate. Internally and externally.

In addition, I write and copyedit thought leadership, presentations, web copy, sales playbooks, technology playbooks, go to market collateral, video scripts, storyboards, data visualizations, training programs, social media posts, and whatever-ything else they need.
